The Analyst, Global Operations plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across Global Commercial Operations. This role is responsible for ensuring timely access to accurate data and actionable insights that support the execution of the Operations Strategy and the broader Pandora Phoenix Strategy.
By leveraging data analytics, the Analyst supports key initiatives prioritized by the Commercial Operations Leadership Team, acting as a strategic partner to fulfilment, logistics, customer relations functions and beyond. The role contributes to early-stage project planning by providing data-backed recommendations and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and scalability. In addition, the role is expected to provide frequent performance data as well as ad hoc data and data analysis when requested.

What is needed to succeed

With a strong end-to-end understanding of distribution center operations, the Analyst helps standardize and optimize processes across regions. The role also facilitates peak readiness planning, conducts benchmarking analysis, and drives cross-regional best practice sharing through data insights.
The role is expected to contribute to strengthening the way we use data in Pandora including shaping ways of working for the role and tasks related to the role.
This role is expected to be pro-active and require moderate supervision only.

Key accountabilities
 
  • Act as OMNI Operations “Super User” of EasyPost (B2C data analytics tool) – steer new reporting requirements and ensure governance of existing reports to support OMNI Operations.
  • Drive global KPI alignment across regions – ensure consistency in performance measurement and enable comparative analysis across markets.
  • Ensure accessibility and visualization of operational data – develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide timely, actionable insights.
  • Drive data gathering and analysis across key operational activities – identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making across Operations – proactively provide relevant data and insights to support strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Support on ad hoc requests from within Operations and other functions – deliver data analysis, operational feasibility assessments, and insights as needed.
  • Support the facilitation of “Peak Readiness” across regions and functions – coordinate with Digital Operations, Digital & Tech and other stakeholders to ensure operational preparedness.
  • Support the Global Operations Manager in driving Cross-Regional Best Practice Teams – contribute data insights and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with key functions – collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding of operational performance.

Personal Competencies
 
  • Bachelors or Masters in Supply Chain / Operations / Logistics / Economics / Business administration
  • Proven experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).
  • Strong understanding of data governance, KPI frameworks, and performance measurement
  • Experience working with or managing analytics platforms (e.g., Elevate or similar B2C analytics tools)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with operations on a global/HQ level a plus
  • Good understanding of system flows vs. physical flows is a plus
  • Proactive, self-driven approach/mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
  • Must be highly collaborative and approachable
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
