As an RGM Analyst , You will pay a key role in strengthening Pandora’s Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capabilities by leading the implementation of modern analytical tools and delivering data-driven insights that support smarter commercial decision-making.
The role combines project ownership of system/tool rollouts with hands-on analytics.
As an RGM Analyst , You will pay a key role in strengthening Pandora’s Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capabilities by leading the implementation of modern analytical tools and delivering data-driven insights that support smarter commercial decision-making.

You will be responsible for
- Leading implementation of modern analytical tools
- Support systematic transformation to enhance RGM capabilities, incl. close collaboration with our D&A teams and external vendor(s) to drive end-to-end implementation of new systems & tools
- Drive critical projects to enhance RGM capabilities and tools by applying solid problem solving and project management skills, incl. owning projects from inception to completion, demonstrating ownership, initiative, and capacity to manage cross-functional projects
- Expand existing tools and capabilities, incl. working hand-in-hand and collaborate with D&A and Advanced Analytics teams to continue to develop our analytics infrastructure and data quality
- Delivering data-driven insights to support smarter decision-making
- Partner with business teams to identify key decisions that can be improved through data and analytics
- Translate business questions into structured analysis and deliver clear, actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that enable self-service insights across teams
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across levels, from operational teams to leadership
You will Demonstrate

2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar environment, (RGM or Pricing), managment consulting, or project management with an analytical focus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong modelling skills and experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)

Experience with Alteryx or similar ETL/analysis tools to enable analytics for large data sets (bonus skill)

Strong problem-solving ability to drive complex analysis and communicate in a simple manner

Passion for retail/consumer goods with an excellent commercial instinct

Interest in Revenue Management and Pricing, with curiosity to explore and leverage predictive analytics and AI to optimize commercial planning, pricing, and promotions

Proactivity, humility, and drive, with the ability to engage and support

Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and local teams, with a natural flair for driving progress

Ability to facilitate meetings and decision-making for multiple senior stakeholders with limited support from colleagues

Fluency in English with excellent presentation and communication skills
