About the Team
Are you passionate about people, tech products, and driving organizational transformation? Do you love coaching and advising others in topics like product and program management, scaled agile activities, and events? Do you like to design and mature product teams and larger product line constructs – and share your experience from other scaled, agile implementations?
At Pandora, we’re on a journey to elevate our ways of working and product development life cycle. As an Agile Enterprise Coach, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the mindset and skillset of our technology organization to navigate the complexities of a company our size.
We are looking for a maternity cover for the rest of 2025, ideal start date March 1st. You will be part of a diverse team of coaches in the Agile Coach Center of Excellence existing within a larger Transformation unit. Here you will get the chance to work with different domains within our Digital and Tech organization and broader organization.
In your role as an Agile Enterprise Coach:
- Coach and advise leadership teams and key roles on agile, product mindset and practices
- Coach and advise all levels on our operating model, Lean Portfolio management and Product management
- Collaborate with Product leaders to build clear links between strategy and deliverables through Objectives and Key Results and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Delivery Leads and Scrum Masters to build flow of work
- Collaborate with Engineering Lead and Engineers on Built-In Quality and DevOps practices
- Review, measure, and improve ways of working in the organization
- Document and continuously improve the operating model
- Help evolve and bring new services to the organization around ways of working
What is needed to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or transformation advisor/consultant on a scaled level in a larger technology organization
- Past experience as a Product Manager, Program Manager, Scrum master, or Engineer
- Proven track record of coaching and advising leaders both on Product, Delivery and Engineering dimensions

Proven track record of working in the interplay between product deliverables and larger programmes

Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence) seen as a benefit

Relevant certifications: Certified SPC Practitioner (SAFe) or Certified Large-Scale Scrum Practitioner (LeSS), Lean portfolio Manager (SAFe), Certified Scum Master or Product Manager (CSM / CPM), Professional Scrum Master or Product Owner (PSM / PSPO), Certified PRINCE2 or other project/program related background.
