Pandora invites you to join our AI & Automation team as an AI Partner, a role that combines product management with strategic business partnering. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across Pandora’s value chain including crafting, supply chain, merchandising and finance, playing a pivotal role in the integration and adoption of AI solutions that will drive transformative change.

As an AI Partner, you will have a leading role in this journey by connecting business needs with AI solutions, enabling adoption, and fostering AI literacy.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

  

  • Strategic business partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, identifying opportunities where AI can deliver significant and measurable impact. 

 

  • Stakeholder collaboration: Build strong relationships across functions, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and aligning priorities with business objectives.

 

  • Drive conversations that elevate AI literacy and maturity, helping stakeholders understand capabilities, limitations, and responsible use. 

 

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Craft and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for integrating AI solutions across the crafting, supply chain, merchandising and finance domains. Align these initiatives with overarching business goals and objectives to maximize value creation.  

 

  • Product Enablement and delivery: Be the bridge between functional requirements and technical implementation teams. Be a sparring partner to data scientists, ML engineers and AI architects. Champion the co-creation, prioritization, and lead the delivery, adoption and value tracking of AI-driven solutions that address specific business needs and enhance the end-user experience. 

 

  • Technical Advisory: Provide guidance on the functional implications of technical decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote seamless integration of AI technologies. Manage dependencies and help shape required foundations across digital, tech, data and analytics. 

 

  • Leadership and Innovation: Champion rapid experimentation through pilots and proof-of-concepts, leveraging design thinking and agile methodologies. 

 

  • Lead the direction of AI products and domains by staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively identifying new opportunities for AI application. 

  

 

What You'll Need to Succeed 

  • Expertise in AI and machine learning technologies, with a proven track record of enabling and deploying AI solutions in complex business environments.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes and project management.
  • Great stakeholder management skills to navigate and align diverse perspectives while prioritizing product backlogs.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI capabilities and industry trends and proactivity on the identification of AI opportunities across different business areas.
  • Proactive and structured approach to AI product management, coupled with robust execution skills to meet deadlines and deliver results, while understanding the challenges of AI product Lifecycle and technical debt management.
  • Previous exposure to AI accelerators, incubators or rapid experimentation and design thinking.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate product vision and priorities to both senior stakeholders and team members.
  • A servant-leader mindset that empowers teams while making informed decisions and managing risks. 
  • The ability to balance short-term gains with long-term strategic ambitions, addressing technical debt while pursuing innovation.
  • Ability to support AI product adoption incl. run and maintain, change management and training in business areas after product go live.

 

Preferred experience

  • Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related fields.
  • Experience within vertically integrated retail, consumer brands, luxury, fashion from consultancy, in-house teams or other.
  • Preferably working experience in manufacturing, supply chain, merchandising and finance departments.
