Then join us as Sales and Visual Merchandising Assistant (m/w/d) for our Flagship Store in Copenhagen!

In this role, you will play a key part on the shop floor, creating an extraordinary customer experience, while also taking ownership of in-store visual merchandising (including windows, Style Studio, in-store displays, and the gifting area). You will ensure excellence in presentation, identify commercial opportunities, and respond to emerging trends and business needs.

Sales (50%)

  • Help customers highlight their beauty and personal style with our jewelry
  • Create special moments that evoke emotions and spark enthusiasm together with customers in the store
  • Provide excellent service whether selling, advising, or supporting behind the scenes
  • Ensure customers feel completely comfortable and want to return

Visual Merchandising (50%)

  • Work closely with Global Product Presentation team to implement all campaigns securing excellent execution
  • Collaborate with Global Assortment Planning team to inform on product and inventory needs and opportunities
  • Ensure that windows and in-store displays are always set-up to positively impact KPI’s and drive brand desire
  • Routinely update Style Studio, delivering on-trend, inspirational styling

 

  • Control ordering and delivery of in-store VM displays and materials

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a high-performance sales environment and/or with a comparable brand (background in luxury retail, hospitality, is a big plus!)
  • You have hands-on experience with planning, executing, and following up on Visual Merchandising initiatives
  • You excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Your communication skills are excellent; English is a must, Danish is a plus
  • You understand how to deliver on strategic goals and ensure brand standards
  • You create a vibrant and lively atmosphere in the store to make customers feel welcome and appreciated
  • You are flexible with working hours and open to work in evenings, weekends and on public holidays
