We dreamed to do something bigger and that moment has arrived: we are opening our Global Flagship store in the heart of Copenhagen.

Now, we are looking for the perfect manager of the most advanced PANDORA Store!

Leadership and development

• You are responsible for managing, leading and developing your team to ensure an extraordinary customer experience and by that continuously strengthen PANDORA’s brand
• You ensure that your team has a common understanding of PANDORA’s vision & values
• You will be part of the recruitment process and be an inspiring role model for new colleagues

Targets and results

• Implementing initiatives for your team to help them achieve the sales targets and KPI’s
• Compiling daily and weekly sales reports for your Regional Sales Manager
• Reviewing weekly sales figures for each employee

Retail operations

• Ensuring that all furniture is properly maintained and that the store impeccable and clean
• Hosting both local and global visits and be a first point of contact for upcoming projects
• Teaming up with our Global departments for project management and suggesting improvement opportunities on a higher level
• Appointing team members to ensure visual merchandising is represented according to PANDORA’s standards

WE DREAM – THAT’S WHAT WE DREAM OF:

• You have 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-performance selling environment and/or with a comparable brand is preferred
• Your communication skills are excellent, English is a must, other languages are a plus
• You have a proven ability to recruit, coach and develop a team, leading the store to success on the floor
• You know how to deliver on strategic goals and how to ensure policy compliance
• You are confident to support your team in selling, observing, coaching and giving feedback
• You create a vibrant and lively atmosphere in the store to make customers feel welcome and appreciated
• You are flexible in regards to working hours and open to work in evenings, weekends and on public holidays
