Then join us as Assistant Store Manager for our Flagship Store in Copenhagen!

In this role, you will not only support the daily operations and team leadership of our flagship store but also take an active role in planning and executing in-store events that elevate the customer experience and strengthen our brand presence. Your creativity and organizational skills will help bring our store to life through engaging activations and memorable moments.

Leadership and development

  • You are responsible for managing, leading and developing your team together with the store manager to ensure an extraordinary customer experience and by that continuously strengthen PANDORA’s brand
  • You ensure that your team has a common understanding of PANDORA’s vision & values
  • You will be part of the recruitment process and be an inspiring role model for new colleagues

Targets and results

  • Implementing initiatives for your team to help them achieve the sales targets and KPI’s
  • Support the store manager in compiling daily and weekly sales reports
  • Support the store manager in reviewing weekly sales figures for each employee

Events

  • Hosting both local and global visits and be a first point of contact for upcoming projects
  • Organising and coordinating all event-related processes to ensure smooth execution
  • Teaming up with our Global departments for project management and suggesting improvement opportunities on a higher level

 

WE DREAM – THAT’S WHAT WE DREAM OF:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment and/or with a comparable brand (background in luxury retail, hospitality, or event planning is a big plus!)
  • You have hands-on experience with planning, executing, and following up on events
  • You thrive in the spotlight and love creating memorable experiences
  • You are great at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Your communication skills are excellent; English is a must, other languages are a plus
  • You have a proven ability to recruit, coach and develop a team, supporting the store to success on the floor
  • You know how to deliver on strategic goals and how to ensure policy compliance
  • You are confident to support the team in selling, observing, coaching and giving feedback
  • You create a vibrant and lively atmosphere in the store to make customers feel welcome and appreciated
  • You are flexible in regards to working hours and open to work in evenings, weekends and on public holidays
