Specialist, Business Support & Monitoring

This role will be responsible for monitoring the full flow of orders from order placement through invoicing for our LC to Retailer business with the goal of having a seamless flow through our supply chain applications.  This role pairs a deep understanding for the business processes together with deep system insight to be the preferred partner in critical business situations as well as driving change to continuously improve our operating model.  

 

-    Daily monitoring of supply chain application interfaces and order entry systems
-    Fix issues occurring at the interfaces and enable a seamless order flow
-    Serve as a subject matter expert and Super User in operational systems – ERP, WMS, B2B Cloud, TMS, etc.
-    Support the change management processes for operational systems as as a SME – designing, testing, rollout support, etc.
-    Manage escalations and coordinate the solution process with partners from IT, Operations & Finance
-    Train Super Users across the Operation
-    Be a sparring partner for the Operations teams and partners in Global IT
-    Partner with the Warehouse leaders and teams to understand processes and assist in identifying and executing process improvements
-    Champion change and strategic problem solving through influencing and building relationships with peers, business partners, and external stakeholders
-    Partner with local and Global teams to share best practices and work cross-functionally and across geographies on projects
-    Assists in the development of Standard Operating Process’ repository and electronic reference center
 

Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted
•    3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
•    Prior role(s) requiring strong analytics and data interpretation
•    Experience from a global operations or logistics function, or relevant management consulting experience 
•    Experience working with Distribution Centers globally and/or 3PLs
•    Experience translating global strategic priorities into concrete and day-to-day initiative 
•    Experience with transformation or strong change management/project management abilities
 

Computer Skills:

•    Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, and RF Scanners
•    Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
•    Strong experience with business intelligence tools
•    Basic Microsoft Access, Word, and PowerPoint skills
