About the Team: 

The RETURNS ASSISTANT will provide important information needed for resolving both product and service problems. This position opening is for the 8:00am – 4:30pm shift.


Your Role as a Returns Assistant: 

•    Unpack returned goods and carefully verify and assess product against correspondence sent by the customer.
•    Determine damage returns from stock balance.
•    Carefully assess damaged items and confirm they are manufactured defects and covered by our current warranty.
•    Enter Credits into AX, transfer physical jewelry to next stages depending on the type of return.
•    Sort and clean jewelry for resale
•    Operate ULTRASONIC jewelry cleaning machine.
•    Quality Control clean jewelry after cleaning following guidelines for possible damages.
•    Bag & label after quality control for inventory adjustments.
•    Track incoming returns.
•    Participate in initiatives and special projects
•    Assist other departments as needed

•    1-3 years’ experience working in a similar environment
•    HS Diploma/GED
•    Basic mathematical skills required
•    High attention to detail; able to perform repetitive, routine tasks accurately and efficiently
•    Remain calm and composed under pressure
•    Professional attitude and demeanor
•    Team player mentality
•    Possess ability to bend, kneel, reach, and left arms
•    Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day; occasional lifting of 50 pounds or more
•    Ability to work Saturday shifts as needed
