Receiving Assistant

Pandora’s US Distribution Center is looking to hire a Receiving Assistant! This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our product is consistently replenished and meets our quality standards. The Receiving Assistant is responsible for completing tasks that include, but are not limited to, receiving inbound shipments, stocking replenishments, returning inventory to stock, performing quality inspections, and setting up and breaking down new product launches.  This position opening is for the 9am – 5:30pm shift.

What you will be responsible for:

• Check in and put away inventory – inbound shipments, back to stock from returns, etc.
• Perform random quality inspections.
• Complete all stock moves – letdowns and replenishments, setting up and breaking down drops and other new picking areas.
• Maintain a safe, secure working environment by following safety & security rules and regulations.
• Regularly meet production and quality goals
• Support any colleague that needs help.
• Assist and perform work duties in other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
   

A bit about you:

• 1-3 years’ experience working in a similar environment.
• HS Diploma/GED
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Knowledge of WMS and RF Scanners is a plus.
• High attention to detail; able to perform repetitive, routine tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Team player mentality
• Possess ability to bend, kneel, reach, and lift arms.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day; occasional lifting of 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to work Saturday shifts as needed.
