About the Team:
The mission of the Global Omni Operations Finance team is to provide advice and challenge to the Global Omni Operations team (which includes the AME Operations team who is responsible for managing our US Distribution Centre (USDC)) to help drive and impact business performance. We work closely with Global Omni Operations management, as well as the Finance management teams of the clusters, to drive priorities and projects. We provide analyses and recommendations to steer financial performance towards targets and support the Global Omni Operations team in identifying and driving cost efficiency opportunities.
The Manager - Omni Operations Finance create values by improving the quality of decisions, which are made through insights and challenge. He/she plays a central role in the month-end close and financial planning processes and enables reliable forecasting and actionable insights through collaboration with the Operations team and Clusters.
Your Role as a Manager – Omni Operations Finance:
The key accountabilities of the Manager - Omni Operations Finance include, but not limited to:
- Act as the Finance Business Partner to the Vice-President and leadership team of AME Omni Ops., and to NAM and LATAM Cluster Finance management teams
- Drive the financial performance management and planning processes for AME Omni Ops. “cost-to-serve”, including the development of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for OpEx, CapEx, and headcount, preparation of monthly Business Performance Review (BPR) decks, and identification and timely communication of risks and opportunities
- Drive the month-end close process through collaboration with Operations and GBS and ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly AME Omni Ops financials
- Deliver insightful analytics (e.g. deep dives, dashboards) on logistics, customer experience and distribution costs and provide data-driven and actionable recommendations
- Support the global cost transformation program by partnering with Operations in identifying savings opportunities, development and validation of business cases, and monitoring of actual savings generated by the initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Finance processes and controls
- Act as the guardian of finance data quality in the operations cost area, building guidelines and enforcing them in cooperation with GBS.
- Support the Long Range Planning (LRP) process and distribution network studies
Craft your career with us if you have:
- 8+ years of relevant experience as Finance Business Partner supporting Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics, ideally gained from Retail or FMCG industries
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain or other related fields
- Experience in cross-site or cross-continent collaboration preferred
- Experience in dual-reporting or matrix organization would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to manage large sets of data to present in a simple manner.
- Ability to both collaborate cross-functionally and work autonomously to secure business results
- Cross-functional business partnering skills obtained from working with senior stakeholders or from general project management
- Courage to challenge the status quo and ability to influence senior leaders through data, insights, and effective communication
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Maryland Salary: $111,000 - $140,000 commensurate with experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
