Inventory Manager, Americas Operations

About the Team:

The Inventory Manager plays a critical role in delivering a fast, accurate, and cost-effective operation.  Accountable for end-to-end inventory integrity and inbound execution, this role ensures the right product is in the right place at the right time to meet customer expectations and support business growth.

 

With full ownership of receiving, cycle counting, quality assurance, and inventory controls, the Inventory manager designs and executes scalable systems, drives continuous improvement, and balances services excellence with disciplined cost management.  As a key member of the Americas Operations leadership team, this roll closely partners with cross-functional colleagues around the globe, vendors, frontline teams, and leaders at all levels.

 

 

Your Role as a Director, Communication:

 

  • Own inbound and inventory activities, including cycle counts, receiving, and order and inventory control
  • Manage KPI performance and develop labor and capacity plans based on immediate and future business needs
  • Develop productivity improvements, space optimization, and overall process improvement
  • Develop standard operating procedures for areas of oversight
  • Maintain a strong customer focus and adhere to capital and operating budgets
  • Manage and develop a dynamic team of junior leaders, warehouse staff, and temporary and seasonal associates
  • Lead and drive a high performance culture by setting clear expectations and targets, holding direct reports accountable and giving appropriate and prompt feedback

 

 

What is needed to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations management, or related field
  • 5-8 years proven experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and improve systems and processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive action
  • Experience supporting rapid growth, change, or operational scale
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training or certification

 

 Salary: $106,400 - $119,700
