Your Role as an Operations Excellence Coordinator:
The Pandora Operations team has a mission to provide the fastest and most accurate level of service to all internal and external customers, while closely managing operating expenses and striving for continuous improvement across all areas.
This role is responsible for helping to drive digital transformation within our Pandora Americas Operations organization. Serving as a Subject Matter Expert, this role will actively contribute to our Agile “Omni DC Program”, refining and rolling out a new Warehouse Management System, Transportation Management System and Inventory Management System.
What You’ll Do
- Operational Knowledge: You will leverage your knowledge of Pandora’s operational processes to contribute to the design of new functionalities. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, developers, and the project team, you will support the rollout of our OMNI Channel ambitions, with a focus on the Warehouse Management System, Transportation Management System, and other related integration systems.
- Agile & Scrum Project mgmt. support: As part of our global and multicultural team, you will collaborate with developers and the global Pandora team while representing the AME region as a local expert. Your responsibilities will include participating in Q-plannings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and refinement sessions.
- Documentation: You will ensure all documentation remains up to date, including changes, alignments, and requirements gathering. This includes maintaining development documentation, process maps, and training materials.
- Testing: You will support in testing newly developed functionalities within an Agile project environment, supporting and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing.
- Business Support: You will support the business in operating new applications, managing system configurations, and assisting with Incident Management.
- User Training: You will prepare and deliver training sessions for Super Users and End Users, ensuring proper documentation is utilized and that users can effectively operate the new system as intended.
What you’ll bring:
- 1-3 years’ experience in operations, warehouse, or transportation management, preferably in an OMNI Channel environment.
- Practical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and System integration processes.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and participation in sprints, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
- Testing: Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing
- Training: Demonstrated success in training end-users on new systems and processes.
- Prior experience in managing system configurations and supporting Incident Management.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate well across functions and band levels
- Strong Communicator: Clear and concise communicator who can train and interact confidently with stakeholders, developers, and Super-users.
- Adaptable: Flexible in managing multiple priorities in an Agile environment while staying committed to deadlines.
- Customer-Focused: Understands the importance of end-user satisfaction and prioritizes delivering functional, user-friendly solutions.
Maryland salary - $56,000-$65,000 commensurate with experience
