About the Team:
The Pandora Operations team has a mission to provide the fastest and most accurate level of service to all internal and external customers, while closely managing operating expenses and striving for continuous improvement across all areas.

 

This role is responsible for meeting customers’ requirements and ensuring operational excellence by helping to identify, champion, and implement process improvements through the use of strategic problem-solving and employee and process development.

 

Your Role as a Continuous Improvement Specialist:

 

  • Identify capability gaps and prioritizes actions to close gaps
  • Builds trust with operations teams through direct engagement and strong relationship building
  • Champion change and strategic problem solving through influencing and building relationships with peers, business partners, and external stakeholders
  • Applies quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess, monitor and evaluate performance of products to ensure inventory is placed optimally for picking productivity and order quality
  • Develop operations team members on scientific thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Develop productivity improvements, cost containment and space optimization to ensure inventory integrity and a strong customer focus
  • Drives optimal solutions with the identification and adoption of best practices by partnering with functional leaders and gathering and utilizing data from outside organizations
  • Present change proposals and results to all levels of the organization, from hourly workforce to senior leaders
  • Partner with local and Global teams to share best practices and work cross-functionally and across geographies on projects
  • Additional duties as assigned by manager

  • 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience with a focus on inventory management and optimization
  • Prior role(s) requiring strong analytics and data interpretation
  • Experience from a global operations or logistics function, or relevant management consulting experience
  • Experience working with Distribution Centers globally and/or 3PLs
  • Experience translating global strategic priorities into concrete and day-to-day initiative
  • Experience with transformation or strong change management/project management abilities
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to proactively and proficiently diagnose problems and identify and implement solutions
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong facilitation skills, change management experience, and project and resource management
  • Strong interpersonal & leadership skills and ability to motivate others
  • Senior level communication – a strong written and oral communicator, able to adapt to audience

  • Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, and RF Scanners
