The Logistics & Planning Analyst will be instrumental in supporting the execution of key strategic initiatives including NAM Ignite and the Phoenix Strategy, while serving as the primary liaison between Pandora and our third-party logistics (3PL) partners for both Ecommerce and POSM distribution.

 

Your Role as an Analyst, Logistics & Planning:

Process & Project Management

  • Define, document, and continuously improve fulfillment and returns processes at 3PLs.
  • Support IT and expansion projects related to 3PLs, including new facility launches and distribution node implementations.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for IT system changes impacting logistics operations.
  • Assist in procurement efforts and contract negotiations with 3PL partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on smaller L&P projects, contributing PM expertise and driving execution.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Customer Care to resolve fulfillment-related issues for both Ecommerce and POSM.
  • Share regular Ecommerce updates with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Liaise with Merch Planning to ensure inventory availability for promotions and peak seasons.
  • Work closely with Global Operations to support and implement new initiatives within NAM

 

3PL Coordination & Fulfillment Operations

  • Serve as one of the main point of contact between Global Pandora and 3PLs for Ecommerce and POSM distribution.
  • Co-Lead holiday peak planning efforts with 3PLs, including volume forecasting, capacity planning, order routing logic, and staffing coordination.
  • Monitor and report Ecommerce KPIs to leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Strong understanding of 3PLs distribution and technological processes
  • Ensure 3PLs meet service level agreements and performance standards, holding them accountable for misses
  • Provide operational forecasts to Ecommerce fulfillment 3PLs to support proactive planning.
  • Review 3PL invoices for accuracy, identify and correct billing errors, and ensure proper charge application.

  • 5+ years of distribution, operations, or supply chain experience
  • Past experience with presenting data and communication
  • Experience in warehouse fulfillment, specifically in E-commerce
  • Strong understanding of logistics and planning operations
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of OMS, WMS, ERP systems and the flows between them
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and continuously changing work environment, with the ability to adapt and strategize to succeed
  • Relationship building skills that support a partnership that is effective and transparent between Pandora and our 3PLs
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills combined with a track record of success in challenging cross-functional environments
  • Strong analytical/quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data sets and translate into actionable conclusions within a logistics or supply chain context.

Maryland salary - $74,000-$80,000 commensurate with experience
