We are seeking a creative and results-driven Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our Pandora Mexico team.

 

Your Role as a Visual Merchandising Specialist

  • Control and manage all VM local printing material process (supplier, logistics and installation) align with Latam guidance
  • Work with the entire network of O&O points of sale, Department Stores, Franchises in Mexico.
  • Store visits to review implementation, opportunities and competition.
  • Manage and control Local POSM Printing Budget for all VM assets in Mexico
  • Coordination with the local responsible agency and implementation of the campaigns 
  • Secure the VM roll out for all local + global campaigns align to launch dates. Available to react if any missing element is required to the stores.
  • Support stores in implementation and feedback.
  • Develop VM implementation & Trays guidelines (product and visual placement) for all campaigns.
  • Share implementation visual reports of each campaign execution. 

 

What is needed to succeed:

  • 3-5 years experience in retail (Jewelry, Luxury Goods, Fashion or Gift industry preferred)
  • Field of Study: Graphic Design, Marketing
  • Highly confident, self-assured individual who is able to work autonomously
  • Experience from global organization
  • Fluent in English – verbally and written
  • Travel Required: once a month
