The Territory Manager is responsible for managing and developing an assigned territory in LATAM to achieve SELLOUT sales and KPI targets, maintain brand standards, and deliver the highest levels of customer service.  The Territory Manager supports all Owned and Operated stores and third-party-owned store classes, including franchised concept stores and multi-brand stores (shop-in-shop, gold, silver, and white stores). TM's primary focus is SELL OUT sales in their territory.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure sales and KPI goals, support SELLOUT budgets, and set objectives for each store in the territory and communicate this to store managers and franchisees DM’s, and/or field team leaders.
  • Perform monthly scorecard visits to each store in their territory and develop individual action plans for each store to meet stated SELLOUT goals/KPIs.
  • Responsible for granting the ultimate Consumer Experience at their assigned stores.
  • Work closely and collaborate with: Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing Departments for alignment and to maximize sales potential in the territory.
  • Actively collaborates and seeks ideas with Country Head and Marketing Department to develop marketing initiatives to maximize sales

 

People

 

  • Lead, inspire and develop your people to build committed and high-performing store managers and teams.
  • Coach store field teams and store staff in the PANDORA conversation, product knowledge, company background, and LINK tools, and ensure compliance with training objectives.
  • Promote an inclusive and diverse culture in line with the Pandora Brand Values
  • Champion a positive work culture, promoting continuous improvement and effective change

 

The successful candidate

 

  • Extensive store management experience within a large organization and a proven track record of successfully delivering in a similar multi-site field management role (e.g. Multi-Site Manager, Area Manager, District Manager)
  • A customer-centric and service-focused team leader with a target-driven and sales-focused mentality
  • A strategic and solutions-focused manager with an excellent understanding of how to successfully achieve retail KPIs
  • Excellent communicator, fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work under time pressure displaying pace and energy
  • An inspiring leader, coach, and mentor with excellent people development skills
  • High level of business acumen and experience with strategic planning
  • Data-driven and experience with scheduling, high performance, productivity, stock optimization, payroll and territory management
  • A passionate team player that thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Self-motivated, organized, and logical with effective time management
  • A creative flair with experience in visual merchandising
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
