Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Inventory & Loss Prevention Specialist in Mexico City, Mexico.
 
Main purpose of the role:
 
The Specialist, Inventory and Loss Prevention reports to the Inventory and Loss Prevention Manager LATAM, and is a business partner with our Sales Managers, Territory Managers, Auditors, Store Managers, and corporate teammates.
 
The Specialist, Inventory and Loss Prevention is responsible for providing support, development, and leadership to our LATAM team. Their role directly impacts enterprise shortage control, security awareness, and control of the inventories of LATAM.  The Specialist, Loss Prevention also manages multiple Loss Prevention and Safety programs and initiatives for all company owned stores.


The Specialist, Inventory and Loss Prevention has multiple cross-functional relationships throughout the company including Human Resources, Finance, Distribution, Merchandising, Learning and Training, and Store Operations for improving asset protection, inventory control in the stores, operational control, training, and communication. The Specialist, Loss Prevention also could include external work relationships with Inventory Systems Control vendors, local and national law enforcement, mall/shopping center security, and a variety of security service and equipment vendors.
 
•    Manage Shrink Reduction programs in all O&O store locations and in all current and future Pandora LATAM locations.
•    Manage, coordinate, and build relationships with the outsourcing LP programs for the O&O store locations. 
•    Provides support with all HR related investigations with requests received by HR and business partners. 
•    Manage and develop, and leadership to our corporate LATAM team to include developing policies and procedures to help reduce losses and create a safer work environment at LATAM. 
•    Provide and manage training programs for the LP team at the LATAM Clúster to include all security systems and inventory control. 
•    Respond to loss prevention and operational needs originating from our business partners.
•    Provide associates and management with direction and support during emergency and crisis situations.
•    Assist business partners / operators with development and implementation of impactful strategies, manuals, policies and procedures for loss prevention / safety policies. 
•    Manage, create, and assist with all LP training programs to improve margin and protecting assets.
•    Work with Property and Store Construction to plan, implement and maintain store physical security systems.
•    Build, coordinate, and follow up with all Loss Prevention vendor partners for all new, remodel, refresh, and acquisitions projects.
