Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Senior Manager, Paid Media & Consumer Engagement in Mexico City, Mexico.

 

Main purpose of the role:  

 

The Senior Manager, Paid Media & Consumer Engagement is responsible for leading the integrated media and engagement strategy across all LATAM markets, ensuring that every consumer interaction—paid, owned, and earned—drives measurable business growth, brand equity, and loyalty. 

This role combines strategic leadership in paid media (digital, social, search, display, video, and performance) with the management of consumer engagement and loyalty programs, ensuring consistent consumer experiences across channels and markets. 

The Senior Manager acts as the regional point of contact between Brand Experience & Channels global teams, local markets, and media agencies, ensuring alignment with global strategies while driving local excellence and innovation.

 

Key accountabilities: 

 

  1. Regional Paid Media Strategy & Performance:

 

  • Lead the end-to-end paid media strategy across all LATAM markets, ensuring alignment with business priorities, Brand Management calendars, and performance KPIs. 
  • Partner with local markets and agencies to ensure efficient media planning, buying, and optimization across digital and traditional channels. 
  • Translate global paid media frameworks (social, search, D&V, influencer, affiliates) into regional and local activation plans, providing feedback and best practices to Global teams. 
  • Ensure that performance metrics, attribution models, and budget optimizations are consistently tracked, analyzed, and reported. 
  • Foster media innovation by testing new ad formats, technologies, and channels to drive incremental traffic and conversion. 

 

     2. Consumer Engagement & Loyalty:

 

  • Manage and implement the regional consumer engagement and loyalty strategy, ensuring a consistent and personalized consumer journey across online and offline touchpoints. 
  • Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of the LATAM loyalty program, ensuring growth in acquisition, retention, and member lifetime value. 
  • Collaborate with CRM and E-Commerce teams to develop data-driven communication and activation plans based on consumer behavior and segmentation insights. 
  • Lead regional initiatives to increase CRM database quality, engagement rates, and loyalty participation through omnichannel activations (store, digital, social, events). 
  • Provide strategic input to global loyalty and CRM teams, sharing LATAM insights and best practices. 

 

     3. Digital & Omnichannel Activation:

 

  • Partner with E-Commerce, Retail, and Brand Marketing teams to ensure cohesive digital storytelling and seamless conversion experiences. 
  • Ensure regional email marketing strategy and execution are optimized, localized, and data-driven, balancing brand and performance goals. 
  • Support website content and UX adaptation for regional needs, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and LATAM assortment priorities. 
  • Guarantee high-quality localization of assets, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy. 

 

     4. Leadership & Collaboration:

 

  • Lead and develop a team, fostering a high-performance, insight-led, and collaborative culture. 
  • Manage relationships with local media agencies, ensuring compliance with brand standards, efficiency in media spend, and rigorous performance tracking. 
  • Act as regional liaison between Brand Experience & Channels global teams and local marketing teams, ensuring effective two-way communication. 
  • Partner closely with Commercial, E-commerce, Retail Operations, and CRM teams to ensure paid media and engagement initiatives support the full consumer lifecycle. 
  • Own the regional paid media and engagement budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, spend efficiency, and measurable ROI. 

 

Craft your career with us if you have:

 

  • 8+ years of experience in Paid Media, Digital Marketing, or Consumer Engagement, ideally within multinational retail or FMCG. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred. 
  • Proven track record managing multi-market paid media strategies and consumer engagement programs. 
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Power BI (or similar data visualization tools) to interpret and communicate performance insights effectively. 
  • Hands-on experience with digital performance platforms (Meta, Google Ads, DV360, GA4, etc.) and a solid understanding of attribution and optimization models. 
  • Experience collaborating with or managing media and creative agencies; prior agency background is a strong plus. 
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and regional coordination.
  • Experience in developing data-driven strategies to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
  •  Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
