OTC Accounting Specialist

The Order to Cash Accountant will ensure that all transactions are processed with efficiency and quality according to predefined standards and work processes, risks are identified and mitigated. Furthermore, it is required to handle and take ownership of queries from customers in a timely manner.
Your Role as an Order to Cash Accountant:
• Process job tasks with efficiency and high quality always.
• Handle inquiries from internal customers and vendors in a timely manner.
• Builds positive working relationships with: GBS Colleagues, Corporate Finance, internal customers, and vendors.
Process responsibilities:
• Book retail sales and cost of sales.
• Prepare and book split of retail payments.
• Issue invoices, credit notes, interest note.
• Report VAT invoices on ongoing basis.
• Post month end accrual for unrecognized revenue - Retail + E-commerce.
• Send monthly revenue report to management of the shopping centre.
• Involve in OTC period end reconciliation.
• Assist with audit tasks.
What is needed to succeed:
- 1 to 3 years of solid experience in Accounting
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Knowledge of ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly in MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details
- Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast paced environment
- Advanced English (Written & Verbal)
