Divisional Sales Manager – Mexico

As our new Divisional Sales Manager for Mexico, you will play a key leadership role in driving Pandora’s commercial success across our stores network, along with other two Divisionals Sales Manager in Mexico. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing sales organization, foster exceptional customer experiences, and strengthen Pandora’s brand presence in a dynamic retail landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of sales strategies across your assigned region, ensuring sales targets are met while safeguarding the brand image. You will supervise the activities of Regional Sales Managers, guiding and supporting them to drive operational excellence, optimize store performance, and ensure alignment with both global and local business objectives.

Based in Monterrey, this role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to build effective partnerships across multiple channels. You will act as a critical bridge between stores, franchise partners, retailers, and internal teams, ensuring consistent execution of commercial strategies and delivering outstanding results.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

Store/POS Management Supervision

  • Ensure Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) regularly visit stores/POS to maintain brand aesthetics, order, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee promotional and sales activities, monitor KPIs, and recommend corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners across all channels to drive qualitative partnerships and business growth.

Team Management

  • Support, train, and guide RSMs, providing feedback and coaching during field visits to uphold Pandora’s standards in sales execution, product assortment, and customer experience.Monitor the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication between RSMs and HQ, gathering needs and converting them into actionable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards to protect company assets.

Budget & Reporting

  • Monitor, analyze, and follow up on the commercial budget for the assigned area.
  • Collect and analyze reports, sharing results with the Sales Director and proposing critical analyses and corrective action plans.
  • Oversee FTE budget monitoring and fulfillment, ensuring expenses remain within budget through proactive evaluation and intervention.

Cross-Functional Relationship

  • Act as a facilitator between store staff, franchise partners, multi-brand retailers, and internal departments to maximize commercial results and brand image.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with store owners, franchisees, and store staff.
  • Collaborate effectively with all departments to drive alignment and business success.

 

Key Technical Competencies:

  • Experience 5–10 years in sales management roles within fast-paced retail environments, preferably jewelry, fashion, or consumer goods, with prior experience leading teams and managing multiple points of sale.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data, KPIs, and market trends to drive informed decisions; proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, setting targets, and ensuring financial discipline across a multi-site retail operation.
  • Project Management: Ability to implement commercial initiatives effectively while managing competing priorities.
  • Retail & Omnichannel Knowledge: Solid understanding of retail, wholesale, and omnichannel business models.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to share knowledge and coach teams effectively.
  • Excellent customer orientation and passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Initiative and a collaborative decision-making approach.

  • Solid business acumen and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • High organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for work, the brand, and driving results.
  • Available to travel 60–70% of the time across the Mexican territory.
