To ensure the strategy of growth in Hungary, we are looking for Country Manager Hungary to based in Budapest office. The job purpose is to drive revenue, profit and commercial growth of own operated and wholesale accounts within a country. This will be achieved through high standards of leadership, relationship management and retail operations.

In this Role, you will:
· Act as general representative for Pandora Jewelry in the country
· Be one of the driving forces in the efforts to carry out the ambitious plans for developing the market
· Manage sales and ensure achievement of the targets as agreed by the annually approved business plan budget and forecast
· Ensure respect for customers and provide them with best in class customer service,
· Lead local Team
· Establish the market and functional areas according to guidelines set forth by immediate superior
· Ensure that the Pandora brand name is optimally represented, with high brand standards and a long-term commitment to profitable sales
· Assist distributor management on strategy and business planning in cooperation with Property Department
· Ensure that Pandora Jewelry in the country operates within the local laws and is guided by the accepted ethics of the Pandora Group and principles within the Jewelry Industry
· Contribute/feed comments through to the immediate superior in relation to marketing/promotional programs and general market trends

Scope of responsibilities includes:
· Sales Management
o Coaching and leading RSM’s to maximize tactical sales through high standards of training, VM and point of sale collateral, primarily via leading by example
o Submitting accurate sales forecasts at store, business channel, territory and country level with Business Analyst
o Monitoring sales related KPI’s that will be used to measure success in this area as directed by Sales Director
o Holding regularly briefings with the Sales Director to review results, resolving differences and planning specific activities for next period
· Profit
o Maximizing profit through creating revenue and top line sales, influencing on staff and sales spending
o Ensuring expenses including payroll costs in owned operated stores is used effectively
· Leadership
o Leading by example, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure RSM’s, office staff, franchisees, multi-branded retailers and store staff can be the best they can be now and in the future
o Establishing and driving workforce planning processes within a team environment with a focus on identifying developmental opportunities and plans for career growth with the team
o Pro-actively developing own product and jeweler knowledge, leadership and business skills via various initiatives
o Implementing and monitoring an effective store visit call cycle
o Managing team to effectively use Developmental Action plans to coach their store teams.
· Relationship Management
o Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, store owners, franchisees and staff
o Working collaboratively with colleagues from team and EE office
· Retail Operations
o Effectively co-ordinating support services such as retail services, VM, training, marketing, merchandising, HR, IT etc. for store openings and handovers
o Driving and attending promotional and other special events, with support from Marketing
o Ensuring all visual merchandising in store is carried out in line with PANDORA’S guidelines and branding
o Ensuring team members within the country attend and complete all assigned training, including sales, product, jewelry, compliance and retail operations procedures
o Ensuring stores and business partners comply with policies, legal requirements and ethical standards
o Maintaining and securing allocated sample ranges in order to keep these in an appropriate condition for customer presentations
o Driving achievement of all agreed KPI’s through regular review and action planning
o Utilizing reporting systems and tools to analyses business performance and take prompt corrective action as appropriate
o Monitoring developments in the industry, providing feedback and recommendations to Sales Director in relation to industry intelligence (competitor launches etc.) and growth opportunities
· Merchant
o Cooperation with Merchandising Department to influence inventory mix and levels within retail stores to achieve sales targets
We’re the perfect match, if You have:
· University degree
· Minimum 5-years experience within the field of branded jewelry, fashion or accessories including territory management and solid leadership experience with proven track record of success in the delivery of business and people growth
experience in forecasting, budgeting, reporting, shift planning / rota, stock optimization, payments, visual merchandising
· High level of business acumen and experience around strategic planning
· Fluent English knowledge in verbal and in written
· Extensive knowledge of commercial business and retail expansion, strong sales, negotiation, influencing, merchant
· Desire to meet organizational goals, by identifying, focusing and analyzing local business opportunities
· Ability to read, analyze and interpret business reports, local procedures and government regulations.
· Demonstrates the ability to provide clear direction, setting appropriate standards of behaviour, delegating work fairly and providing development opportunities and coaching when appropriate/required
· Displays superior communication skills, listens proactively, consults, supports and cares for others and recognizes and rewards great performance, achievements and ‘wins’ in an appropriate and consistent manner
· Consistently demonstrates the ability to set clearly defined objectives, plan well, manage time effectively and work to deadlines
