About the Team:
The Manager, Disney Parks is charged with leveraging the company’s largest strategic partnership to bring innovation and additional value to Pandora’s suite of products, brand initiatives, and experiences with the purpose of engaging new customers and driving generational relevance specific to the Disney Parks network. This individual will co-lead the global relationships with Disney Parks both internally and externally and will support product development, commercial calendar planning, committed sponsorships and events. A deep understanding of the Disney Parks environment and fan base will be critical to this role.
Your Role as a:
- Collaborate with GBU teams, GTM teams and local cluster teams to identify and cultivate business opportunities within the Disney Parks system to drive incremental and YOY growth
- Manage parks relationship terms and global business plans to deliver commercial success while also growing the Pandora customer base
- Leverage the unique Disney Parks environment to create marketing content, special events, customer facing activities that tell the brand story and delight fans.
- Centralize and develop elevated relationships within the global Disney Parks organization to secure buy in and support to deliver on objectives
- Support Global Commercial Head of Disney License on long range planning, key meetings and events
Craft your career with us if you have:
- Min 5 years enterprise experience in brand management, Disney Parks experience a must
- 3-5 years’ experience in commercial planning and customer development
- Min 2 years of leadership / people management role for marketing or sales organization. Proven success in energizing teams and engaging stakeholders to deliver the plans
- Experience in external relationship management, collaboration and influence management skills
- Experience in global, international organization

Salary: $127,000 - $140,000 commensurate on experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
