The Sales Specialist is responsible for assisting the National Sales Manager to achieve SELLOUT sales and KPI targets and also to support all Concept Stores and Kiosks. The primary focus is SELL OUT sales and team development.

 

Your Role as a Commercial Assistant:

  • Support commercial area on daily tracking KPIs and analysis.
  • Support on SELLOUT budget objectives for each operation 
  • Guarantee and Perform action plans to meet stated SELLOUT goals/KPIs as aligned with the National Sales Manager.
  • Responsible for the Kiosks team development, interviews, and involvement in the hiring process in the national territory with HR
  • Responsible for tracking and consolidating main retail efforts and results, maximizing stock, and best and slow movers.
  • Support new openings in the territory and initial plan to maximize the sales and KPIs targets.
  • Support on Backoffice updates and reports such as rankings, commercial daily and weekly updates, commercial daily and weekly reports, contest follow-ups, and scheduling at Kiosks in general.
  • Work closely and collaborate with: Retail Operations and HR Departments for alignment and to maximize sell-out.

 

What is needed to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience working in a solid sales environment.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Store Manager
  • Proficiency in English is a BIG PLUS
  • Strong business acumen, fact-based, analytical, and strategic
  • Able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.
  • Able to perform under pressure, organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of retail operations principles and their application in the retail environment
  • Customer service driven, hands-on approach, proactive, action-oriented, teamwork-oriented
