The Role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive WHS strategic plan, aligning safety initiatives with the company's broader goals.
  • Lead proactive hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementation of preventative measures; drive thorough incident investigation and corrective actions.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of current WHS legislation and best practices; ensure Pandora's systems and processes remain compliant.
  • Design and deliver impactful WHS training programs across all levels of the organization; empower leaders and employees to champion safety.
  • Proactively manage workers' compensation claims and collaborate with HR to support timely and safe return-to-work initiatives.

 

About You

You are a passionate safety leader with a firm belief in creating a safe and healthy workplace. Driven by a preventative mindset, you naturally identify potential risks, analyse data, and propose solutions to mitigate hazards before incidents occur.

You possess the strategic thinking to develop a long-term WHS vision and the collaborative skills to build strong partnerships across all levels of Pandora, effectively driving cultural change.

Your experience as a WHS professional includes a minimum of 5+ years in leadership roles, demonstrating a proven track record of implementing successful safety initiatives.
