Performance & Reward Manager

The Performance & Rewards Manager will align with global procedures and guidelines, guaranteeing all the processes related to Performance, Rewards and Payroll for Pacific and Greater Asia Cluster. You will drive performance culture and payment for results optimising:

 

  • Data & Technology to create insights/positive user experience
  • Pay spend to impact EBIT

 

Key accountabilities:

  • To drive performance culture in close collaboration with Cluster LT & HRBPs
  • To manage all pay matters (incl. LTIP, STIP, incentives, ASR, etc.) subject to global alignment
  • To guarantee all the guidelines related to P&R are shared between HRBPs
  • To prepare P&R materials in order to facilitate the processes between the Cluster’s Markets
  • To manage all local pensions and benefits reviews and provision
  • To oversee and approve all payrolls in the Cluster
  • Process Head Office payroll (incorp. Cluster Leadership Team)
  • Process and Systems Improvement (e.g.HR Tools).
  • To Support in managing the relevant budget, checking the monthly budget consumption in the areas of responsibility aligning to the given business objectives and quarterly revise forecasts.
  • Handle internal and external reporting.
  • Provide the necessary reporting/documentation and proper database maintenance.
  • To manage all people master data quality and privacy matters providing analytics/ reporting
  • To drive all people technology deployments in the Cluster
  • To define and monitor  KPIs related to P&R
  • To find actions in order to maintain focus on the costs
  • To supervise Data Analytics & Insights initiatives
  • Ensure Australia, New Zealand, Japan & Singapore compliance within the Cluster (O&O)
  • Ensure Cluster Franchise partners are made aware of Compliance requirements and timelines to action accordingly
  • SME supporting business on relevant legislative requirements

 

 

Pivotal and professional qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Business/Management/Finance or relevant field
  • At least 5-8 years of previous experience in the role (ideally international organisation)
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern P&R methods
  • Extensive project management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with C&B
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle P&R and payroll/administration HR processes
  • Australian compliance legislation (NES, Awards)
  • New Zealand Japan, Singapore and employment legislation
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, Power Point, HR Tools (Preceda, Success Factors, Riteq)
