HR Business Partner
As the HRBP, you will align business objectives with our people and sustainability agenda in the Pacific Greater Asia regions. To this end, you will position yourself as trusted business partner, employee champion and change agent to anticipate the organisation needs while having a strong focus on strategy and execution.
In this role, you will get the opportunity to cover a wide range of responsibilities from leading country-specific projects, to supporting our Sydney HQ client group or coordinating the roll-out of global initiatives in the country.
You will act as a true business partner to our office and retail organisations with the support of the local HR team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Proactively partner with key stakeholders to achieve a people strategy that supports the delivery of company objectives
- Act as single point of contact, coach and develop managers and employees in Sydney HQ office team
- As a member of the Pacific & Greater HR team, partner with Talent Acquisition, Performance & Reward, Payroll and Talent Management to roll-out global initiatives locally along with the Australia Retail HRBPs and HR admin team
- Drive culture change and continuously review and optimise HR processes to provide an amazing employee experience
- Lead local HR projects from design to execution as well as contribute to global HR projects
- Lead Labor Relations along with the HR Director (legal updates, etc.)
- Maintain HR systems and coordinate activities in cooperation with payroll and external providers
- Ambassador for PANDORA’s core values of We Dream, We Dare, We Care and We Deliver to guide behaviors in the organization
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- Bachelors Degree in HR, Business, Management etc or equivalent experience
- Extensive HR Business Partnering experience supporting a diverse client group (including senior stakeholders) in a fast-paced environment /matrix organization
- Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of retail
- Demonstrated depth in core areas of employee & labor relations, people development, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement
- Ability to coach individuals and influence cultural transformation at all levels
- Strong facilitation & presentation skills
- Experience organizing and leading business projects
- Ability to build positive and strong relationships with a reputation for integrity and achieving results
- Ability to efficiently navigate both high level and detailed information
- Pro-active and able to show initiative with a positive and challenging style
