Email Marketing Coordinator

Join our driven and creative marketing team to drive brand engagement and customer experience through the email channel that translates to commercial business objectives and revenue targets (online and in store), ensuring a strong focus on identifying relevant opportunities to utilise personalisation and segmentation. 

 

What you’ll do 

 

  • Plan and execute local email and SMS marketing program in conjunction  with our CRM & Loyalty Specialist  

  • Build, proof and schedule creative assets for email marketing in line with creative plans and content calendar, including ensuring all links are tracked in line with guidelines for analytics 

  • Build audience targeting workflows in collaboration with the CRM & Loyalty Specialist 

  • Ensure content alignment with global email plan, tone of voice and obtaining all relevant internal approvals 

  • Optimise email content and designs based on performance metrics, working closely with channel experts for CRM & ecommerce teams 

  • Weekly reporting of email performance 
     

You have 

 

  • High attention to detail 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Marketing, Business or Communications  

  • Strong written & verbal communication  

  • Brand identity management & tone  

  • Developed time management & collaboration skills
