PANDORA is fast approaching the busiest and most exciting time of the year. With Christmas around the corner, we are currently seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Customer Experience Assistants to join our eCommerce team for the festive period. If you are a pro-active sales professional who enjoys delivering world-class service and you are excited to join a high performing team then we’d love to hear from you.

 

The Customer Experience Assistant is responsible for connecting with our online customers across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. You will be assisting with Online enquiries and provide expert Style advice across various platforms including phone call, live chat, email, social media, and video chat.

 

  • 6 Month contract - August 2022 until February 2023
  • 4 Month contract - October 2022 until February 2023

      (All contracts include weekends and Public Holidays)

 

THE INDIVIDUAL

You have exceptional customer service and a passion for Pandora jewellery and fashion styling. You have a flare for connecting and communicating with people, and a high level of attention to detail with the ability to problem solve.

  • An ability to manage opportunities across different platforms, live chat, online or on the phone
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude with the desire to go above and beyond for our customers

 

 

Key accountabilities:

  • Provide every customer with an exceptional customer experience while maintaining our brand standards
  • Have excellent communication skills – verbal, visual, and written
  • Challenges the status quo, comfortable with change and doing things differently to deliver on a world class customer experience
  • Have excellent active listening skills to be able to understand and interpret our customer needs and desires; what they want, and what they don’t want
  • Have excellent digital and computer skills to engage with our customers through each communication platform
  • Be thorough, efficient, take initiative and operate well under pressure
  • Achieve and exceed individual KPI’s

 

Pivotal and professional qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience across either eCommerce or a retail setting is preferred
  • Previous retail styling or sales experience is helpful but not essential
  • Experience using Salesforce, Zendesk or other call centre CRM/eCom platforms preferred
  • Previous digital technology experience using a live chat or video chat preferable

 

Personal Competencies

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
