CRM Specialist
The main purpose of the CRM Loyalty Specialist is to drive fan engagement, retention and a personalised and targeted customer experience through the email channel that translates to commercial business objectives and revenue targets (online and in store). To grow the Pandora Club database and build insights around audience behaviour, identifying opportunities to drive increased purchase frequency, lifetime value and fan engagement.
Key Accountabilities:
- Planning local email (& SMS where relevant) marketing calendar and audience targeting, content/[performance optimisations, personalisation and email marketing strategy (frequency, time of send, automated emails, tests etc.).
- Up-to-date knowledge of local and international CRM and loyalty program trends
- Drive the testing and optimisation of loyalty marketing campaigns to deliver on key performance metrics
- Utilise customer data and insights to develop a highly targeted and personalised experience for members across all touchpoints.
- Support in the creation and execution of a best-in-class loyalty program strategy and campaigns
- Be the local SME for all CRM and loyalty systems
- Build and share rich consumer (Club member) insights as well as Club/loyalty and email marketing analytics and insights to drive marketing and wider business strategy as well as to continue to optimise email and digital media plans.
- Manage and drive loyalty programs, collaborating with all business touch points to achieve Club/Loyalty KPIs
- Collaborate with paid media team to share CRM audiences and targeting strategies
- Privacy law/direct marketing compliance
- CRM and loyalty project management
- Omni channel Revenue attributed to the email channel
Personal Competencies:
- 3-5 year’s experience and equivalent combination of experience and education accepted
- Experience in CRM and loyalty management within a large omni channel environment
- Experience in contributing to CRM and loyalty strategy
- Confidence and experience in presenting at senior level forums with complex information, and gaining approvals is preferable
- Proven experience working with external agencies and third parties
- A deep understanding of, and experience in, database and event or trigger-based marketing is preferable.
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Loyalty, Marketing, Email Marketing, Retail industry or similar B2C experience
