Job Description

As the Training Specialist for Manufacturing Operations Management at Pandora Production, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our manufacturing operations teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing operations managers, subject matter experts, IT professionals and Change Manager, to identify training needs, design training materials, and deliver effective training sessions. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of manufacturing processes, adherence to quality standards, and overall operational efficiency.

 

Your key accountabilities will be to:

  • Training Program Development: Collaborate with manufacturing operations managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and design comprehensive training programs that align with operational goals and strategies.
  • Training Material Creation: Facilitate / Develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, job aids, videos, e-learning modules, and other resources, to facilitate effective learning and knowledge retention.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and impactful training sessions for manufacturing operations teams, both in-person and virtually, ensuring that the content is delivered effectively and meets the needs of diverse learning styles.
  • Training Evaluation: Develop and implement evaluation mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback from participants, and continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest technologies, systems, and processes related to manufacturing operations management, and effectively communicate changes or updates to relevant teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement, streamline training procedures, and implement best practices across the manufacturing operations teams.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, including attendance, feedback, and performance assessments, and generate comprehensive reports to track training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT professionals, subject matter experts, Change manager and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of training initiatives with technology systems and manufacturing processes.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all training programs comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, and actively promote a culture of safety within the Pandora manufacturing operations teams

 

What is needed to succeed

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or related environmen,
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Instructional Design, or a related discipline,
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operation management principles, processes, and best practices,
  • Experience in any of SAP platforms including SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (SAP DMC), SAP Manufacturing Execution (SAP ME), SAP S/4HANA ERP would be an advantage,
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and training delivery techniques,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences,
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs using a variety of mediums, such as in-person sessions, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids,
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training software/tools,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement,
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization,
  • Diligence, with strong organizational and documentation skills,
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously,
  • Native Thai speaker, accompanied by good knowledge of English. Provide translations from English into Thai for training material as necessary.
