[Key objectives]

  • Implementation  plants with sufficient HVAC, and utility engineering capabilities to ensure uninterrupted business operations
  • Implementation effective and optimal operations of utilities, and other general facilities within production plants

[Key duties]

  • Plan and summarize the maintenance of Utility. That affects the entire production process
  • Analyze problems of Utility and equipment by using measuring tools to reduce break down of production process
  • Summary of efficiency PM, Break Down include utility improvement and devices that have continued energy use in order to energy saving and worthwhile used and managed energy usage systematically
  • Plan PM and implementation to all utility & facility for best efficiency and reduce production breakdown from utility & facility system, also plan utility & facility annual budget
  • Coordinate between supplier and Pandora for repair or improve Machine System
  • Summarize utility report as weekly, monthly and annually 
  • Review result PM under Machine System
  • Manage training and advise team for best support  to production need
  • Review & manage optimize OT of Utility team before submit to management & keying HRMS request
  • Prepare Machine Master name list who in-charge to Utility usage
  • Support generag assigned from management ( Ex. Join Venture productivities job /  Security Guard job etc.)
  • Review & revise WI system

 

Qualifications

  • Higher Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree on Mechanical/Electrical or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in planning, repairing and preventive maintenance machinery and Utility
    • (IF) Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) must have at least 5 years of experience in machine maintenance, repairing and preventive maintenance machinery and Utility
  • Must have knowledge and understanding in industrial measuring instruments such as temperature, humidity, pressure, electrical conductivity, flow rate, etc.
