Reponsibilities:

1) New product development

• Review and provide technical input for new products in the cycle to align with production capability of PPT Define product specification.
• Define product specification and standard to ensure the product being controlled in process.
• Work with CAD and PD operation to ensure the products are comply with standard and specification.
• Align with Quality team on all testing required and develop new products in the cycle to achieve quality requirement.
• Optimize design and technique of the products to achieve the target cost.
• Develop new products focusing on appearance to satisfy Creation and Marketing needs.
• Conduct development status of the items in the cycles to align with brand process timeline.
• Communicate progress with Drop and DD teams to plan and manage end-to-end process.
• Align with Innovation team on new components and tools needed.
• Co-oparate with Pre-production to ensure that process is aligned with PD process design.

2) Master (PM) improvement management

• Facilitate of processes and connected master Improvement in campaign/replenishment order between Product development 3 Plant (Plant AAA, Plant BB, Plant Lamphun).
• Prepare and provide all data for supporting product development activities.
• Initial root cause analysis and provide to change committee.
• Preparation of master change and improvement impact

3) Master (PM) improvement monitoring and control

• Monitor corrective and preventive action results of master improvement.
• Collect and compile statistical quality data.
• ECRN preparation and Chanel to issue ECRN

4) Master (PM) improvement Implementation

• PM improvement validation.
• Summary all improvement result.
• Review and fulfill all impact of master improvement in ICC.
• Evaluation and ensuring the readiness for master improvement

5) Day to day management; such as set up and coordinate team meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related fields,
• At least 3 years experiences in New product development/Program or Project management/Process development engineer,
• Experienced in Automotive, Electronic, and Jewellery industry are preferred,
• Good knowledge in product development, process improvement in industrial is must, background in Jewelry industry will be advantage,
• Understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO/IEC17025, Core tools of ISO/TS16949 (APQP, FMEA, MAS, SPC and PPAP) etc.,
• Good leadership and management skills,
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.),
• Good communication skills in English,
• Good computer Skills MS Office, Rhino 7, solid work.
