Key Objectives:

  • Oversee scheduling across Production sites to ensure optimum cost, production benefits as well as maximizing shared PPT KPIs and define scheduling parameters.
  • Coordinate with Production to determine optimal production schedule and to ensure schedule adherence.
  • Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders in Global Supply Chain, Production, Master Planning, and Materials Management.
  • Ensure correct translation of 4-week plan into weekly and hourly production schedules while collaborating effectively with Production.
  • Review and discuss performance variance against KPI target with key stakeholders (Production, I&PD, PEx,) and ensure corrective actions are taken in timely manner.

Key Duties:

  • Be a key contact point with Group Supply Chain and DC planners in regards to demand of finished goods (Forecast, Sample orders, Test orders and Firm orders), spare parts, returned goods for repair and discontinued SKUs.
  • Prioritize orders in constraint situation and fair share allocation according to Group Supply Chain requirement. 
  • Communicate delivery plan, supply constraint, potential delayed SKUs and recovery plan with Group Supply Chain & Supply planners.
  • Receive orders from Group Supply Chain/Supply planners & ensure accurate upload onto AX system (both campaign and normal).
  • Create routine reports to Group Supply Chain – FROT/Output, backlog & recovery plan, summary status for critical items/Sample order/Campaign, summary of spare parts shipment, summary of returned FG and recovery plan, summary of all orders received from GSC/Supply planners.
  • Align with Supply planners and Import/Export team to ensure alignment in weekly shipment schedule. 
  • Follow up the progress of critical orders with relevant stakeholders (Final inspection, Import/Export).
  • Allocate campaign order base on the production capacity and alignment with production team.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or higher in Business Administration, Economics or related
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in planning function, ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) such as AX, SAP, Navision etc.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in supervisory level
  • Good in communication, Teamwork, Negotiation, Leadership, Organization, Confident and Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of computer Excel, Access or analyst data
  • Good in English both verbal and written
