  • Execute and control inbound inspection processes to ensure materials and products meet regulatory and Pandora quality standards

  • Ensure supplier quality issues are contained, investigated, and resolved effectively

  • Lead failure investigations and provide clear feedback to relevant parties

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to follow up on feedback and complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions

  • Prepare and analyze reports such as daily inspection, capacity, productivity, and WIP aging reports

  • Monitor and review supplier QC team capability, capacity, and productivity; escalate issues promptly to management

  • Create, review, and update procedures, work instructions, inspection standards, including inspection time and frequency

  • Ensure team understanding and compliance with operational and inspection standards

  • Monitor workplace safety and environment

  • Ensure regular and appropriate training for Supplier Quality Control team

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and 5S activities

  • Communicate department goals clearly and track team performance

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields

  • 3–5 years of experience in Supplier or Incoming Quality Control

  • Experience in jewelry or manufacturing industry is an advantage

  • At least 3 years of experience leading a team of 10 or more members

  • Strong knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methods (AQL, 5-Why, Gage R&R)

  • Solid understanding of supplier quality systems and raw material processes

  • Strong data analysis skills, especially Power BI

  • Familiar with MS Office; SAP or Minitab is a plus

  • Good English communication and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated with strong leadership and continuous improvement mindset
