Supervisor, Standardize Quality

Main purpose of the role:

                 Establishing quality standard, specifications, inspection method, standardized database , Inspection result and handover quality package during development phase to cross-functional team for ensure consistent quality and throughout the supply chain.

Key accountabilities:
         Operation Management :

• Be the quality gate-keeper for new product designs and innovations; set quality standards and ensure best practices are incorporated
• Ensure quality standard are closed-loop communication to C&S organization.  Such as  Pre-Production, Production, Crafting & Supply Quality(C&SQ), I&PD and Customer related.
• Collaborative with Designer Team (HQ) & I&PD to alignment new product standard & Design intent.
• Distribution standardized quality package (quality instruction, specifications, quality acceptance guideline,) to Crafting & Supply (C&S) Quality related on time as planed.
• Handover Finished Goods info (Finished goods weight, Inspection time) to C&SQ ,  Pre-Pro , Costing team , Design team (HQ). To ensure the database are accuracy and standardize .
• Establish Initial Master chart for raw material and finished goods
• Managment Finish goods inspection (OEM-ODM) and Raw materials quality receive process activities (Gemstones, Metal-non metal part) on times. To ensure quality are aligned & escalation at the right times.
• Ensure New Quality standard package & related document readiness before Mass production order start.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, functionality, and lead in the development new inspection instrument and inspection techniques.

  Educational background:         

                  Education at least a Bachelor’s degree or Higher  " Engineering, Science, Jewelry, Business Administration, or related field "

Pivotal and professional qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing process, Quality Control Factory or Jewelry Manufacture.
• Working experiences in new product development in manufacturing field is an advantage.
• Working experiences in Quality Management (in-house quality and supplier quality).
• Jewellery background is preferred.
• Understanding international jewelry standard is an advantage

Personal Competencies:

• ​​​​​​​Have a Good knowledge in Product Performance & Regulation & Quality Control Management
• Strong knowledge in Quality of jewellery or fashion, Quality standard, Quality assurance and Quality improvement and can be set up new procedure and standardization.
• Have a good inspection skill and deep understand jewellery manufacturing process.
• Good cooperation skill with key stakeholder.
• Strong interpersonal skill, communication, multifunction working skill and Leadership skill.
• Project management skill is advantage.
• Ability to identify, analytical, options evaluation and driving the solutions

      Power BI , PowerPoint 

Language Skills:

     Very Good English communication
