If you love controlling production plan with your material & production control skills, then you might be our next supervisor for Supervisor, Shop Floor Control (FN) at Pandora Crafting & Supply.

 

We love that you will…

  • Check and confirm the production plan to align with the shipment plan and factory calendar that meet both the Production's KPI and the Company's KPI
  • Contact and coordinate with the warehouse RM Department to check material readiness to meet the production schedule.
  • Check and track material shortages and provide immediate solutions.
  • Ensure production in each line follows a sequence of load plans issued by planning.
  • Control and proceed to fully utilize manpower, tooling/machine, and time in each line/department to meet the production schedule.
  • Generate report summary (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) from various points of view to suggest ways to improve production efficiency and achieve KPIs.
  • Drive Key Performance Indicators of the responsible area to ensure that products/ projects are delivered on time with the highest quality standard and lowest possible cost.
  • Monitor production activities toward daily/ weekly/ monthly targets, minimizing costs where possible and ensuring the best working practices.
  • Daily shopfloor presence to visualize the progress and problem of Production situation and quickly adapt to an ever-changing.
  • Control execution as planned by following procedure and WI that register in Pandora system to achieve the target of section/department and including resourcing management to be effective.
  • Leading the analysis of concern issues and creating short-term action that is flexible and efficient. To find the long-term action to prevent the repeat issue.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes such as WI and Routing align with production plans and procedures to maintain high standards of manufacturing operations.
  • Pilot testing response to support any production activities and to check readiness before campaign order loading week.
  • Encourage employees by inspiring, motivating, and mentoring them toward best-in-class practices to develop their competencies and attitudes.
  • Able to be a role model and mentor team toward best-in-class practice to develop their competencies and attitude.
  • Execute assignments and projects as assigned by the Manager.
  • Ensure all company's assets are properly maintained and well looked after within the responsible area.
  • Ensure compliance with all related laws, regulations, and work rules i.e. labor law, Pandora code of conduct, Disney code of conduct, RJC, BOI, etc. always. Consult with the Human Resources Department as appropriate. 
  • Enforce environment, health, and safety in manufacturing always. 

 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher or related fields
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Production Manufacturing
  • Have an experience more than 3 years in middle management level. 
  • Good presentation skill 
  • Good data analysis skill 
  • Good English communication skills in reading, listening, writing, and speaking skill
  • Good people management and project management skills
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
