- Develop and enhance a real-time production visualization dashboard using Power BI.
- Check and confirm production plan to align with shipment plan and factory calendar that meet both Production’s KPIs and Company’s KPI.
- Contact and coordinate with Warehouse RM Department to check material readiness to meet production schedule.
- Check and track material shortages and provide immediate solution.
- Ensure production in each line follow sequence of load plan that issued by planning.
- Generate report summary (Daily/Weekly) in various points of view to suggest way to improve production efficiency and achieve KPIs.
- Drive Key Performance Indicators of the responsible area to ensure that products/ projects are delivered on time with the highest quality standard and lowest possible cost.
- Monitor production activities toward daily/ weekly targets, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the best working practices.
We love that you are…
- At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in management/work allocation is preferred.
- Quick problem-solving ability.
- Proven expertise in Power BI with hands-on experience
- Advanced skills in Power BI for creating insightful dashboards and reports.
- Good English communication

You will be part of a team of 74 people and report to Manager, FE Shop Floor Control (BB) who also oversee 73 people.
