Location: Gemopolis Industrail Park, Bangkok, Thailand
Key objectives:
Ensure production and business receives right security support and coverage.
Key duties:
- Execute tasks in accordance to the direction set by central security.
- Respond to emergency situations according to procedure (i.e., fire, strike & protest, theft, threats).
- Monitor and control outsourced security contractor operations & performance to ensure compliance to SLAs; provide feedback to centralize security.
- Support HR (Employee Relations) on fraud / security breach case investigation.
- Conduct security trainings for employees and contractors; lead security awareness and prevention programs at production site.
- Provide feedback to central security.
- Provide monthly report (guard KPIs, incidents report and other security report related to security trends).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of Human resources, Political Science, Law, Business Management or related fields,
- Minimum 3 years of experience to Physical security management in manufacturing environment or relevant experiences,
- Experience to Security contract management, Security case investigation or coordination with government officer is preferable,
- Good knowledge on the Security System, tools and equipment and Security business process,
- Skill and experience to Human resource management,
- Good skill to Leadership, Negotiation, Teamwork, Facilitation, Evaluation and Communication

Good computer skill to Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Milestone software(CCTV), Access control software, Intrusion software etc.,
