Imagine being responsible for Ensure effective Master Planning by leading strategy, policy deployment, and performance tracking, including capacity management and balanced S&OP planning. Long term Planning
- Ensure Master Planning strategy, policies, and performance expectations.
- Monitor overall Capacity Mgmt. strategy, policies, and performance expectation and collaborate with HR/Production/Finance to execute the plan.
- Monitor a balanced plan on S&OP and T&O horizons, providing key input for Supply Planning complying to agreed planning rules.
- Suggest overall C&S capacity limits and factory calendar for both NPI & replenishment.
- Create and revise rolling 12 month and provide a kilogram Silver and Gold forecast consumption to Group Treasury based on the pieces forecast from GSC.
- Monitoring variation of Forecast comparing with actual placement.
- Monitoring variation of planning parameter comparing with actual situation.
- Monitor own performance and address gaps/improvement opportunities; prepare monthly / quarterly performance reports, share and collaborate with SCM Excellence.
- Identify improvement initiatives to increase planning effectiveness, share and collaborate with SCM Excellence.
SCM Excellence
- Collaborate effectively and resolve APS issues with stakeholders in Global Supply Chain Excellence, Manufacturing Technology, IT, Master Planning, Supply Chain Excellence, and APS Vendor.
- Review and discuss performance variance against KPI targets with key stakeholders and ensure corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.
- Review planning parameters and master data accuracy (e.g. STD accuracy) for effectiveness of each production site and collaborate with Master data management (MDM) for correction.
- Share best practices among team members.
- Develop APS standards, policies, guidelines, and parameters to ensure effective and efficient planning processes, output, and documentation.
- Develop tactical enhancement tools and functions. • Ensure the right level of APS development, configuration, and process changes based on business requirements (keep it simple)
- Monitor performance variance against KPI target with key stakeholders (Scheduling, Master Planning, Production, I&PD, PEx) and provide corrective actions.
- Manage and monitor APS execution, implementation, and performance.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Monitor APS functionality and performance and be the first-tier support for operational issue-solving.
- Execute APS system setup, updates, tests, and changes.
- Execute change management including business readiness, training material creation, and communication.
- Assisting with the data migration. Providing support during the implementation phase, including testing, and debugging.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field is required.
- More than 3 years of experience in related fields.
- Experience with planning, especially in the area of production scheduling or capacity planning.
- Proven track record of project management & implementation.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (Jewelry experience is preferred)
- Experience with agile mindset through applying the agile principles of business analysis as well as knowledge in any of the Manufacturing technology disciplines including Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), Manufacturing ERP, Advanced Planning System (APS)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively with the organization
- Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs
- Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard and willing to change
- Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon organizational needs
- Well organized, systematic and comprehensive approach
