Responsibilities;

• Key Objectives
  • Implement risk management and business continuity management framework
  • Contribute in development of tools to assess and monitor risk including to issue risk management report; conduct monitoring of risk indicators
  • Ensure appropriate response plan to emergency incident
  • Ensure the continuity of critical business activities during crisis
  • Promote risk awareness culture
• Key Duties
  • Support Manager and Director in developing, facilitating and implementing Risk management & BCM framework
  • Support the facilitation of yearly strategic Risk management & BCM plan
  • Be the partner with all business functions in PPT for effective Risk management & BCM implementation
  • Advise, facilitate, and train the cross-functional departments in creating their risk management profile and BC plan
  • Support Manager to deliver periodic risk management report and monitor relevant key risk indicators
  • Analyze the results of Business Impact Analysis in order to support identification of critical business functions
  • Update business continuity documents to align with business model and requirements
  • Conduct incident monitoring analysis including to deliver of post-incident report to related stakeholders
  • Support risk management and business continuity management training activities
  • Coordinate with assigned emergency team and related parties to manage collaboration between functions during emergency or crisis
  • Support Manager and Director in developing, facilitating and implementing BCM framework as assigned

Qualifications;

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisor level
• Have experience or proven experiences to drive Risk management & BCM will be advantage
• Have background in international corporation or manufacturing, especially in jewelry industry will be advantage
