Supervisor, Production Engineer

Responsibilities;

• Support strategic project in the part of production .
• Monitoring problem shooting in production line and drive problem solving project.
• Develop and implement process improvement to optimize machine, tools and equipment capability.
• Continuously to improve processes in regard to Productivity, Lead time, FROT, quality and cost.
• Perform statistical process studies.
• Analyze and improve workplace layout and process workflow
• Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields
• Experience and knowledge in manufacturing industry for at least 5 years
• Must experience as a prodction engineer of plant at least 3 years
• Strong leadership skills
• Has quick problem solving skills, personnel management skills
• Have knowledge and competence on the job site as well
• Able worlkunder flexible working time condition, such as working in shifts as assigned
• Good human relations and attitude
• Skills in using Microsoft Office , Excel , Word , Power Point
