  • The key point of contact and communicator for the Consumer Quality team for New Product Development to cross-function team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Thailand and The Global Head Offices for any quality requirements before product launch into the market.
  • Quality gatekeeper for the new product development key milestones.
  • Ensure new product development meets Pandora’s standards and consumer satisfaction.
  • Consolidate quality risk assessment, recommendations, and data analysis into an executive summary.
  • Compile the governance quality testing approach to ensure the product's reliability requirements meet PANDORA's specifications.
  • Openly engage stakeholders for critical activities. Take accountability and ensure effective collaboration with other functions.


We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Production, IE, ME, or related field,
  • At least 4 years experience as an Advance Quality Engineer, Project Quality Engineer, or NPI Quality Engineer.
  • Proficiency in quality control techniques and tools (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, Gage R&R, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, specific industry standards).
  • Experience with product design review processes (DFMEA, DFMEA) to identify and mitigate potential quality risks early in development.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to the specific industry (e.g., injection moulding, machining, assembly).
  • Experience with inspection methods and equipment (CMM, visual inspection, etc.).
  • Familiarity with basic metrology principles and calibration procedures.
  • Good Command of both written and spoken English.
