Responsibilities;

Key objectives

• Be the quality gate-keeper for new product designs and innovations; set quality standards and ensure best practices are incorporated
• Define Testing plan for any NPI
• Control the testing lead time with Center timeline and Control all testing program finished follow each collection timeline
• Developa and keep updated Testing procedures and acceptance criteria to guarantee product compliance and conformance.

Key duties

• Lead reporting and analysis of performance test results
• Endorse new innovations from I&PD; ensure quality aspect is taken into consideration
• Define and Standardize Tests provedures and Acceptance criteria
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and quality standard for new material
• Create a record of testing standards and metrics. Ensure these are kept up to date Escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications;

• 2 years of experience in quality assurance
• Experience of R&D, Lab testing, Product development
• Experience of jewelry is preferred
• Ability to relate cooperatively with internal and external department
• Have multifunctional skill and problem-solving skill · Honest & Have teamwork
• Lab testing skill and Proactive.
