Supervisor, Product Engineer

•    Manage and performs technical support new product testing phase to delivery output, Leadtime, quality achieve target.
•    Monitor, tracking, investigate & improve new product testing to achieve on target
•    Finding & optimize parameters & routing, tooling and technic for new product.
•    Lead for corrective and preventive action in case delay and quality issue, make decision and finding solution for day-to-day issue and inform to concern member.
•    Summary data and information to handover package and align to concern team
•    Coaching and mentoring the technical knowledge regarding product engineering matter
•    Building and Develop team regarding to pride, passion, and performance.

•    Strong to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
•    Highly responsible, able to work under high pressure within a limited timeline
•    Good knowledge about production process especially jewellery manufacturing process
•    Have knowledge about Engineering tools
•    Technical competency in analytical, problem-solving skills, process management
•    Good coordination and communication skill
•    Computer skills, Microsoft Office, Power BI, AI
•    Fluent of both written and spoken English
