RUNNING THE BUSINESS
Strategic Decision Making
- Provide data-driven insights for strategic sourcing for analysing supplier performance and market trends to inform decisions about which vendors to partner with and how to negotiate contracts
- Support the development of procurement strategies by providing data insights which help shape procurement strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals
- Indicate procurement efficiency and effectiveness by identifying bottlenecks and opportunities and contribute to streamlining procurement processes
- Monitor and lead presentation of procurement KPI, spend, cost saving. Develop monthly or quarterly report as required for procurement and Contract Manufacturing.
Cost Optimization
- Analyse spend data, the analyst identifies areas of high spend and opportunities for cost savings through better negotiation, sourcing strategies, or process improvements.
- Analysing and modelling future spending trends and identifies potential risks that could impact procurement costs
Stakeholder management
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to leverage data and achieve shared goals
- Interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and concise way, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions
Compliance & Governance
- Ensuring that procurement activities adhere to relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards
- Develop report and live procurement dashboard with proven data and transparent communication to stakeholder
CHANGING THE BUSINESS
Supply Resilience
- Support data analysis to procurement team to support KFVN or any project in ensuring competitive cost, high compliance and project timeline.
Tools & Digitalization
- Leverage current tools to optimize data analysis, automate reporting, and ensure adaptability for timely decision-making
- Pivotal and professional qualifications:
- 3 years or more experience in Business Analytics and/or project management or significant experience in relevant function
- Experiences in Jewellery business is preferable
