- Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders in Global Supply Chain and Crafting &Supply to maintain alignment and transparency in operations.
- Receive supply plans (Forecast) from Global supply chain and ensure their accurate integration/upload into the system.
- Analyze variations, trends, and changes in the supply plan (Forecast) to anticipate potential impacts on operations. • Collaborate with Material and Tactical Operations teams to assess the impact of supply plan changes on raw material availability and capacity constraint to support Product availability.
- Communicate with the Global supply chain on order fulfilment, addressing all concerns related to supply issues and capacity constraints. Provide timely updates and work collaboratively to identify solutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate integration/upload for order fulfilment into the system and collaborating with relevant stakeholders in Global Supply Chain and Crafting &Supply to manage order fulfilment follow based on the factory calendar volume, concepts and agreements.
- Analyze order fulfilment compare with plan to understand and identify the impact for capacity and material including product availability (Uncover demand)
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide exceptional service throughout the order fulfillment process to support product availability.
- Collaborate with Scheduling, Production and Shipment team to develop delivery plans, address supply constraints, and manage potential delays in SKUs including recovery plans.
- Regularly maintain accuracy and report for operational order reports.
- Regularly monitor finished goods inventory levels, analyze variations to identify potential excess inventory and manage the end-to-end inventory process for optimizing stock levels.
- Identify improvement initiatives for order management and work towards standardizing processes across all sites. Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor own performance, prepare monthly / quarterly performance reports, share and collaborate with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration /Logistic or Supply Chain or related field.
- Experience more than 2 years in Demand/Supply Planning or order management or Logistics management field.
- Experience in manufacturing environment (Jewelry experience is preferred).
- Experience in ERP System (AX,SAP, etc)
- Fluent in English communication and self-confidence
- Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills; interact effectively within the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon organizational needs.
- Demonstrate the ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs.
- Is self-motivated and adaptable to change.
