- Provide data-driven insights to strengthen product performance.
- Identify challenges and ensure seamless project execution.

- 3-5 years in quality assurance, preferably in jewelry or manufacturing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinker with structured execution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks efficiently while delivering high-quality results.
- Proven project management expertise and a track record of leading change.
- Strategic mindset with analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment abilities.
- Leadership experience to inspire and develop talent.
- Fluent in Thai; English proficiency preferred.

You will be part of a team of product quality management and report to Product Quality Manager who also oversee the Quality team.

To date, there are two crafting facilities in Thailand, Bangkok, and Lamphun, and we employ more than 13,000 skilled craftspeople.
