Responsibilities:

• Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment
• Ensure all reports, data, and activities are in complied with customs and BOI requirements
• Supervise to facilitate and conduct import-export activities in accordance with the customs and BOI regulations
• Initiate to simulate the import/export model by combined the selection of transportation mode/ carrier choice/ customs broker soucing especially ex-work term for cost effectiveness
• Monitoring Customs & BOI formality process and liaising with internal PPT parties such as procurement, warehouse, finance, overseas distribution center and external parties such as freight forwarder, customs broker
• To conduct operation process to ensure that raw materials or machines information is matching with import entry declaration, correct HS code declaration and align with BOI approval material and machine master list
• Monitor and oversee the day-to-day operations and handling of international shipment
• Assisting in employee review and evaluation process as well as active role in supervising, managing and developing employees in the division
• Supervise team to solve operation problem and liaise with all relevant functional for long-term solution
• Assisting in Import-Export Manager to review and evaluation process as well as active role in supervising and developing employees in the division
• Other assignment to enhance team performance eg. manpower planning, other analysis

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher of Logistics, Import / Export or General Business Administration
• Minimum 7 years of demonstrated Logistics experience ( of which minimum 2 years in managerial roles)
• Strong knowledge of complex end to end Supply Chain processes
• Extended knowledge of Import / Export / BOI regulations abd Lean (manufacturing) experience
• Drive the solution to most complex business problems
• Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial)
• Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs
• Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
• Is an inspirational leader; practices genuine humility and places the team above their own interests
• Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change
• An ability to lead, manage, motivate, and run own team of talented individuals
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively within the organization
• Good command in English.
