Import & Export Operations

  • Oversee and coordinate all import and export activities to ensure efficient and timely cross-border movement of goods.

  • Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations while optimizing logistics processes.

Compliance Management

  • Ensure strict adherence to import and export regulations, tariffs, trade agreements, reporting requirements, and BOI data compliance.

  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company practices remain compliant.

Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate with customs authorities and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth shipment clearance.

  • Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to negotiate favorable terms and maintain high service quality.

  • Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation planning, freight forwarding, and documentation.

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate and complete import/export records to support audits and regulatory reviews.

Cost Optimization

  • Monitor transportation costs, customs duties, and related expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Initiate and simulate import/export models by optimizing transportation modes, carrier selection, and customs broker sourcing, with a focus on EXW terms.

Team Leadership

  • Provide guidance on complex trade and compliance issues.

  • Supervise and support the team in resolving operational issues and collaborate cross-functionally to implement long-term solutions.

Safety & Security Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and CTPAT regulations.

  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure team adherence to all rules and procedures.

 

We love that you are...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in import/export operations, logistics, and trade compliance, with supervisory or managerial experience.

  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, tariffs, trade agreements, and BOI import/export requirements.

  • Hands-on experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and regulatory authorities.

  • Solid understanding of Incoterms (especially EXW) and end-to-end logistics processes.

  • Proven ability to optimize logistics costs and manage import/export documentation and audits.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of CTPAT and safety compliance standards.

  • Good command of English communication.
